- Children in the workplace has been updated to reflect changes to the costs of working with children checks across the country, and includes a recent case involving the deaths of school children on a camp.
- Harassment explains the progress of proposals to enforce notification requirements for harassment complaints, including an important warning about imminent changes to notification requirements for violent incidents under the Work Health and Safety Act (WHS Act).
- Notification of incidents now includes information about upcoming changes to WHS Act notification requirements, and features more case law to illustrate the law in practice.
- Safety recording has been updated to include the new International Standard that applies to recording safety performance.
- Working at heights has received an overhaul, and now includes the most recent data from Safe Work Australia on working at height, further information about safe work method statements, detailed instructions on how to use a scaffold safely and more case law.
