Your question answered: Do we need to separate worker’s personal files?

Is it still a requirement to keep any workers’ compensation records separate from the employee’s personnel files? We are a private business but operate across all states and territories.


Although not a formal requirement, it is best practice to keep these separate given the issues related to private personal medical information.
