How do we meet our positive duty in relation to sex discrimination and harassment?

Q: I understand that employers have a positive duty to take reasonable and proportionate measures to, as far as possible, eliminate sex-based discrimination or harassment, sexual harassment, conduct creating a workplace environment that is hostile on the ground of sex and related acts of victimisation. Could you please provide some guidance on how to meet this duty?
