What you missed in 2025
In 2025, the Health & Safety Handbook – the masthead behind the Health & Safety Bulletin – had a huge year adding brand-new content and making updates to the website to ensure subscribers stayed on top of work health and safety law. Below are some of the highlights.
- Important updates were made to 53 chapters, featuring work health and safety topics that are essential for employers. Our most visited chapter for the year was Children in the workplace.
- 17 case law articles were produced, analysing cases in depth to illustrate how the law is being applied in the courts. Our most popular case law this year was 'Employee dismissed for breach of drugs and alcohol policy ordered to be reinstated'.
- 22 Q&As were published, answering questions sent by subscribers to our helpdesk service. This year's most popular Q&A was 'Who can seek a stop-bullying order in the Fair Work Commission?'.
- More than 50 weekly bulletins were sent out to bring important news straight to you. Our most popular bulletin this year was 'Inadequate traffic management plan leads to pedestrian versus forklift incident'.
Don't let another year go by without access to Australia's most comprehensive work health and safety guide!
From the experts behind the Health & Safety Handbook, the Bulletin brings you the latest work health and safety news, legal updates, case law and practical advice straight to your inbox every week.
