A1 Arbor Tree Services Pty Ltd (A1) operated in the tree pruning and removal business.
On 7 September 2019, three workers (one manager and two subordinates) from A1 attended a job site in Lindfield to remove trees. The manager was the husband of the company’s sole director, and his responsibilities included training and supervising, work health and safety oversight, and maintenance of the woodchipper.
