Conroy's Smallgoods Pty Ltd engaged workers to undertake demolition and clean-up works at its former food-processing facility in Brompton, South Australia.
Conroy's Smallgoods was aware that there were asbestos-containing materials on the site but did not have the required asbestos-removal licence to undertake asbestos removal work.
