WorkSafe WA v AR Constructions (2026)

In July 2024, AR Constructions was engaged to erect structural steel, including standing columns, at an industrial construction site.

On the day of the incident, three AR Constructions workers were engaged in erecting standing columns. The columns were moved by crane using lifting devices to a designated rag bolt assembly, then further secured by a dogger and a rigger.
